Sweet Seasalt bliss balls

Sweet Seasalt bliss balls
We're absolutely crazy about bliss balls recently! They’re a perfect snack and healthier version of dessert. It only takes 7 ingredients and 15 minutes until ready to taste - so here we go!

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 Medjoul dates
  • 30 gram sunflower seeds
  • 50 gram peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Optional toppings: cocoa powder/ sesame seeds/ grated coconut/ pistachio nuts

METHOD

1. Add the Medjool dates with the olive oil, nut butter and vanilla extract in a strong food processor.

2. Mix until it forms a sticky ball. Add the sunflower seeds, peanuts and sea salt. Mix again until there won’t be any big chunks left.

3. Use wet hands to roll the mixture into small balls. Roll them into some of the toppings and store them in an airtight container in the fridge.

Thanks for the tip!
I saw you changed the name of the recipe!
I love your recipes, I have tried many of them…

Hi Anne,
Thanks for letting us know! I am afraid there is no caramel in this recipe and therefore the title was wrong. But you could always add caramel to the bliss ball recipe before you add everything in the food processor. They will be less healthy but very tasty! ;)
