When will the bottle be shipped?
Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped out within 24 hours. All gifted bottles from this promotion will be send out on the same day after the promo period has ended.
I ordered more than one Perfect Pair. Do I get more than one free bottle?
Yes. For every Perfect Pair you order, you can gift one free Pan bottle.
If you ordered more than one Perfect Pair, simply fill in the form multiple times – once for each gifted bottle. Don’t forget to include your order number every time you submit the form, so we can match each Pan bottle to the right order.
I didn’t receive the email with the link to the form. What now?
Sometimes the email with the form link doesn’t arrive, often due to email or marketing preferences.
If you ordered the Pan & Plate Set (The Perfect Pair) between November 19 and December 2 and didn’t receive the email, you can still participate:
- Please fill in all details directly in this form, or
- Contact us here and our team will help you add the recipient’s address.
As long as your order was placed within the promo period and you share the required details in time, we’ll make sure your gifted Pan bottle is included in the December 2 shipment.
Can you add a personal note?
Unfortunately we can’t include a personal note in the box. So this part is on you – and it’s the best part.
Write them a message. Send a text. Drop a voice note. Mail a postcard. Tell them why you picked them and why you think they’ll love Neolea Olive Oil for the Pan on their roasted veggies, sourdough, or Sunday eggs.
The bottle is from us. The meaning is from you.
Terms & Conditions
The Pour It Forward offer is valid on all orders containing The Perfect Pair (Pan & Plate set) placed between November 19 and December 1. For every Perfect Pair purchased during this period, we’ll gift one full-size Pan EVOO bottle to a recipient of your choice, at no extra product or shipping cost.
The gifted Pan bottle must be sent to a different recipient and address than the original order. It cannot be shipped to your own address or the same household as the person who placed the order.
All regular orders will be shipped as usual (dispatched within 24 hours on business days).
All gifted Pan bottles will be shipped separately on December 2, after the promotion has ended.
After placing your order, you’ll receive an additional email with a link to a form where you can submit the shipping address for the person you’re gifting the bottle to. Please complete this form by December 1 so we can include your gift in the December 2 shipment. If the form isn’t completed in time, we may not be able to send the gifted bottle.
Gifted bottles can only be shipped to destinations we currently deliver to (see our shipping information for details). No personal note will be included in the gift shipment. The offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, is subject to availability, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or end the promotion at any time in case of unforeseen circumstances.
