Ingredients
- 400g self-rising flour
- 300g full-fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 100g mixed olives, halved
- 2 tbsp Neolea olive oil
- 1 tbsp Neolea White Balsamic
- 1 tbsp Neolea Pure Sea Salt
Instructions
- Mix flour, yogurt, and salt, knead into dough.
- Add rosemary and olives, divide into eight portions, and shape into flatbreads.
- Grill in a hot pan for 5 minutes per side. If not fully cooked, bake at 180°C.
