Return Policy

At Neolea, quality comes first. Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns of opened items.

EU customers: You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the product is unopened, sealed, and in resaleable condition. Opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

US customers: Returns are not accepted due to the perishable nature of our products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturer error, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days. We’ll happily arrange a refund or replacement after assessing the case.

Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
