Sales Manager Neolea – Netherlands/Belgium

Neolea ‘s team is working hard on further growth of our young company. We are currently looking for someone who will help us realise this growth in the role of Sales Manager .

Your role at Neolea

As Neolea’s Sales Manager you are responsible for our turnover and especially the growth in it. What does that look like ?

New customers

Developing and expanding a strong position in the various sales channels such as restaurants, delicacy, food, concept and other stores , including:

  • Generating new leads in the mentioned channels
  • Provide follow-up on created leads and inbound leads with external sales calls and site visits;
  • Translating leads into sales by making a proposal and following up on this.

Creating value for our customers

  • Onboarding new customer relationships and support to to sell Neolea products;
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships;
  • Growing the average revenue per user;
  • Retain customers and increase loyalty towards Neolea ;

Market operation

  • Active participation in relevant trade fairs, roadshows and events in collaboration with your colleagues, the importer and possible other partners.
  • Together with our Marketer you give substance to newsletters, in-store material and other expressions.

Reporting

  • Managing the CRM system for insights to the sales funnel .
  • Report on new and existing accounts, markets and activities to the CEO and CMO.

Your profile

  • You are result oriented and therefore do everything necessary for a great deal;
  • You’re communication skills are very strong ;
  • You are extremely flexible and down to earth;
  • You do not necessarily have experience in a similar position, but you’re highly motivated;
  • You are a student and you have the will to win;
  • You love to interact and tell a great story, but are good listener as well ;
  • You act at least at higher education working and thinking level;
  • You have a good command of the English language.
