  • What are the payment methods?
    At the moment it is only possible to pay the invoice in advance. Upon receipt of payment, the order will be shipped.
  • How does the delivery work?
    Depending on the size and weight, your order will be shipped via DHL or PostNL. Delivery usually takes place between 1-3 working days.
  • Will delivery costs be charged?
    We do not charge delivery costs for the first order via our own order form. After that we use free delivery for orders from € 250. The standard shipping costs are €10.
  • Can I also purchase other brands from you besides Neolea?
    We only sell our own brand products.
  • Which distributor will you be working with?
    Our aim is to work with a distributor again in the longer term, but it is not yet clear who this will be .
