1. Eligibility
   
   This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years or older.
   
2. How to Enter
   
   Participants must join the Neolea email newsletter by submitting a valid email address through the official giveaway sign-up form.
   
   Existing subscribers are automatically included and do not need to sign up again.
   
3. Subscription Requirement
   
   To qualify, entrants must still be subscribed to the Neolea newsletter at the time the giveaway closes, on January 5, 23:59 CET.
   
   Emails that are unsubscribed or inactive at that moment will not be eligible.
   
4. Prize
   
   One winner will receive the Mediterranean Pantry Box, consisting of:

5. Winner Selection & Notification
   
   The winner will be selected at random from all eligible subscribers and contacted via email within 7 days after the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Neolea reserves the right to select a new winner.
   
6. Shipping
   
   The prize will be shipped to the winner free of charge. Delivery times vary by country.
   
7. No Purchase Necessary
   
   A purchase does not increase chances of winning.
   
8. Exclusions
   
   Employees of Neolea and its partners, as well as individuals involved in the organization of the giveaway, are not eligible to participate.
