Anne-Maartje who likes to be called Ansie is our Social Media Manager since June 2019. She works in our office in Amsterdam, together with Felicia, Daan and Felix. Which she enjoys very much.
Ansie loves creating new content, think about recipes you will love and make sure all of our socials are up to date and running. She works closely with Felicia to come up with all of the creative things we’re doing.
What do you like the most about working at Neolea?
After working as a manager in the restaurant branche for many years I really wanted to do more with my creativity and develop my photography skills. I’m very happy to do all of this within a smaller company that makes you feel at home.

Anywhere there is food.
What is your favorite recipe with Neolea olive oil?
Focaccia for sure!! I love the combination of the rosemary, the fresh olives and of course the Neolea olive oil. Crunchy and soft, a perfect focaccia. I had the privilege of visiting the store, in person, a couple years ago. I am addicted to their oil and am now a repeat customer. It is so worth importing and gets to the States faster than Amazon!
